Has anyone here tried 3DS Plus for free Nintendo 3DS games? It looks rather tempting.

Their Terms of Service Agreement would lead me to believe that they don't actually give you anything, they just give you links to other people, and those people are the ones you're actually downloading software/games/movies from. In essence, you're only paying so that they can tell you where to go, and once they send you on your way they are legally free from responsibility. This theory is furthered by the fact that their FAQ page says a lot of stuff without actually saying anything, basically just giving non-specific answers in an effort to get you to sign up.
