Chronicles of Pokémon: An idea to discuss. |
|
Greetings unknown readers. Since the local forum has been closed down or somewhat in that direction, and nintendo fails at having a community which actually includes readers and us to have an opinion; I decided to give this site a shot and threw my little idea which may already have been revealed by someone else some other place.
The idea I'm about to reveal is "fho sho" mentioned before, but since google absolutely failed to find any of my keywords in that matter, I decided to create one.
As the main title says, this matter is regarding Pokémon.
I grew up overwhelmed by several types of TV-shows that basically sucked out the entire day for me, and to be fair, it still does. Now however; my time doesn't go to telvevision, but to my computer and other in real things which are irrelevant.
I tried several emulators to make the Pokémon gaming anything close to what it was when I was 10, but I fail to see the graphics add up to 2009! The experiance is just not the same, which made me thinking. What if Pokémon finally moved a bit further? More specifically, to the Laptop/Computer/PC world.
The idea is to develop a Pokémon world based on computer, where you find yourself running around with a self modified character which most likley will look a lot like yourself. This place can be filled with Pokémon, which you can rais, train, grow and actually bond with. A tiny world where you battle with your Pokémon by !E.G! giving it commands (there can be several ways of giving it commands. For example, you can develop such an amazing system that it can take commands through a michrophone, or something else just as brilliant).
This is just the beginning of it, and to be totally honest, I've giving it a lot of thought, even tho I'm 19 years old, and I find this kind of uncomfortable.
I'd like to hear some insights, insults, in real revealing (is there something like this out there?).
Thank you for your time, and I apologize for any grammatic errors I may have made.
Regards from Norway!

I too am 19 years-old, but would love an experience like this. I absolutely love the Pokemon series, and would this game pretty often. There isn't anything like this that I know of, but there are pokemon games where you can walk around and catch pokemon, raise them, fight trainers, battle gym leaders, etc.
