I love and hate Gamestop..

So my brother is giving me his PS3 because our mom is getting him a Wii. Why he likes the Wii more, I don't care cause I am getting the PS3. So since I am at home, I decided to go trade my 360 and gamecube in so I could preorder some games (Darksiders and MAG). When I go to the first gamestop, they were testing my 360 and one of the red lights came on but it happens every time it doesn't have power for awhile and it tries to be played right after it's plugged in. I tried to explain to them that it was a non-issue and the system still works great. They were going to take off 30 dollars so I'd only get 60 dollars for it because they considered it "defective". Good thing I didn't bring my adapters for the wavebird controllers because they wouldn't allow me to trade it in.

So I took everything back since they're legally not able to keep any of it and went back to my house to get the wavebird plugs. I decided then to just go ahead and go to another gamestop that was in the same vicinity as the other one. The guy that took my trade ins totally understood at the second one totally understood what was going on and gave me full value for it and we had a nice conversation about video games while he took everything in.

I love gamestop because the guy at the second store understood everything and gave me a free MAG beta when they weren't even supposed to have them yet.

I hate gamestop because the first store didn't believe my story and if you work at a gamestore, I personally believe you should know alot about gaming and the problems that a system could possibly have.
